CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your purchase after confirmation,

  • If the order is not confirmed then you can make cancellation request and we may approve it.
  • If the order already confirmed or in preparation for shipment then no cancellation will be allowed.

For cancellation you can contact us at our email accounts@unitedbyhouse.co.uk. Upon cancellation, the refund is applicable for our product only at our sole discretion.

All refunds will be issued as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

PARTIAL CANCELLATION

  • Partial cancellations are not allowed.

UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitches; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and United By House Limited will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
